LES POOCHS PUPPY SHAMPOO INGREDIENTS

Here are the ingredients for the Les Poochs Puppy Shampoo as posted by LP founder, Michel Raviol to the Facebook group "Shampoos and the Grooming Industry" on 11/26/18.
Since this list contains several trade names rather than ingredient identification, I have translated to the best of my ability and added information about the function of each ingredient.

-DI UV Water - water that is treated to remove metal ions.
-Mirataine CBS - INCI name: Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine is a high foaming amphoteric surfactant derived from coconut fatty acids.  It is used to improve the foam quality of formulated systems and is also used as an ultra mild cleanser.  A substitute for Cocamidopropyl Betaine.
-Cetiol HE - INCI Name: PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate - skin lubricant & softener and/or solubility promoter for essential oils and active agents.
-DL Panthenol- AKA ProVitamin B5, it helps maintain healthy moisture balance in hair, keeping hair strong.
-Dowicil 200 - INCI: Quaternium 15, a formaldehyde-releasing preservative.
-Citric Acid - to adjust pH.
-Miracare MS-1- A pre-blended surfactant mixture. INCI: Cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, quaternium 15, sodium laureth-13 carboxylate, disodium lauroamphoacetate, PEG-150 distearate, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, sodium tricedeth sulfate.  Supplied by the Solvay Co. as a shampoo base for baby shampoo, ultra-mild shampoo or bubble bath.
-Phytelene Extract #EG004- Phytelene complexes are mixtures of plant extracts.  This appears to be german chamomile.
-Lipopeg 600 DS - Could not find, but Lipopeg 6000 DS, INCI name: PEG150 distearate is an emulsifier and thickener for transparent shampoos.
-Fragrance -

Now that we have a better idea of the actual ingredients, we can look at the company description of the product and see if the marketing matches the ingredients.

The Les Poochs website describes the puppy shampoo as: "Gently cleanse and hydrate your puppy’s delicate skin with Pooch Tearless Puppy Shampoo. We combined soothing Swiss Chamomile extracts and Aloe Vera with deep nourishing Pro-Vitamin B5 into a therapeutic, conditioning formula. This calming and texturizing shampoo will leave your puppy’s coat full-bodied with a show-finish shine that simply smells divine. Available in male and female scents."

This description seems to match the ingredients fairly well, although our ingredient list does not include Aloe Vera.  I might take exception to the use of the term "therapeutic", as there is no mention of what it is therapy for.  Also, I don't see any "texturizing" ingredient.
