Norfolk Terrier - Hand Strip

Although hand stripping in no way "hurts," some dogs can be rather difficult to do. "Tessa" gives a new meaning to the word "squirmy." She is especially challenging around the head and the rear. Nonetheless she turns out cute. She has great lines behind her breeding.

Tools used: Mostly hand plucked with latex gloves; McClelland stripping knives used on feet & fronts of legs and ears; Arius Eickert Synergy Blender used on underside of tail and croup.

Bathed with: #1 All Systems Crisp Coat

Drying Method: Some HV (blaster) drying, finished with arm dryer with heat. HV drying all the way leaves the terrier jacket too fluffy, IMO.
